Job summary

Toll Brothers, America's Leading Luxury Home Builder, seeks an Options Coordinator for our Scottsdale, Arizona office. This on-site role supports divisional options, pricing, budgets, and non-standard requests to back the Design Studio and Sales teams.

You will partner with Purchasing, trade partners, and the national options team to maintain pricing integrity, catalogs, and option packages while helping drive margins and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of related purchasing experience.
• Experience in the home building industry, specifically working with Design Studio.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, specifically Excel, and aptitude to learn new software (E1).
• Associate degree or equivalent Vocational or Technical Certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist with changes to Sales and Design Studio options in Community Catalogs, pricing and margins.
• Create and update option pricing matrices to determine retail price and cost for options.
• Ensure all option requests are available and consistent across the division.
• Create and distribute features and selection books and pricing packets for buyers.
• Participate in quarterly option optimization to review sales and identify new/retired options.
• Prepare budget-ready non-standard option costs for BuildPro when needed.
