Job summary

Toll Brothers' Reno division seeks an Options Manager to oversee all divisional options, create and maintain pricing matrices and budgets, and price non-standard option requests to support the Design Studio. This role partners with Purchasing and Sales, coordinates with the national options team, and ensures accurate option data across the division while driving gross margin improvements.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential to succeed in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–5 years purchasing experience in homebuilding.
• Experience with Design Studios and Sales/Pricing Analysis.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel; ability to learn E1.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all changes to option pricing and margins in Community Catalogs.
• Create and update option pricing matrices for measured options (e.g. flooring, countertops).
• Collaborate with Sales, Design Studio, Purchasing, and trade partners to ensure accurate option data.
• Prepare budget-ready non-standard option costs for BuildPro entry.
• Ensure consistency with national guidance for room and option naming.
