Job summary

Toll Brothers is seeking an Assistant Design Studio Consultant to assist new home buyers with color and options selections and upgrades at the Design Center in Cedar Park, Texas. The role is on-site five days a week, aligned with company policies and the builder’s ethics, and involves cross-department collaboration.

Key duties include guiding buyers through Included Features and Personal Choices, entering selections in Pivotal/Excel, and preparing final paperwork for construction.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• Patience, empathy and good listening skills.
• Weekend and evening availability.
• Experience in a Sales-oriented role or design coordination is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet with prospective buyers to share knowledge about design studio options and tours.
• Enter selections and deadlines into software; collaborate with Design Studio Consultant.
• Prepare and double-check final document packages for accuracy and submission to construction.
• Maintain design studio appearance and organize samples and merchandising.
• Assist with paperwork, documentation, and internal communications across departments.
