Job summary

Sea Pointe Design & Remodel is seeking a proactive Director of First Impressions to warmly handle homeowner inquiries and book design consultations. You’ll help keep marketing, the office, and company culture running smoothly, turning inquiries into designed outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in hospitality, customer service, reception, or office administration.
• Warm, upbeat personality with strong communication.
• Detail-oriented with organized calendar and data.
• Comfortable using CRM software and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with JobTread, Canva is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer and route incoming calls to set up design consultations.
• Schedule in-home design consultations for designers.
• Follow up on inquiries by phone, text, and email.
• Guide clients through processes with the production team.
• Own CRM data accuracy and organize client/project files.
• Support marketing, office operations, and leadership as needed.

The First Voice Our Clients Hear

Every kitchen, bathroom, and whole-home remodel we build starts with a phone call, and in this job you’re the one picking up. Internally, we call this role our Director of First Impressions. You’ll be the warm, organized person who turns a homeowner’s first question into a booked design consultation. You’ll also help keep our marketing, our office, and our company culture running smoothly.

Sea Pointe Design & Remodel is an award-winning residential design-build firm that has served Orange County homeowners for 40 years. We specialize in whole-home renovations, kitchens, bathrooms, and additions. We’re a close-knit team that takes both our craft and our culture seriously.

What You’ll Do

Client Experience

• Answer and route incoming calls so every caller feels taken care of


• Schedule complimentary in-home design consultations for our Design Consultants


• Follow up promptly on every new inquiry by phone, text, and email


• Guide past clients through our handyman and warranty process, coordinating with our Production team


• Own our CRM and keep client and project information accurate and complete


• Scan completed job files and organize them on the company server

Marketing

• Track lead status and deliver weekly lead reports and the monthly Sales Report


• Manage our Client Referral Program


• Represent Sea Pointe in local community groups and on social media


• Help plan, book, and host our educational client workshops

Office & Leadership Support

• Set up quarterly All-Staff meetings, including food, tables, and chairs


• Organize employee gifts and company apparel, and keep inventory


• Coordinate supply ordering with our admin team


• Support the President and sales leadership team as needed

• 2+ years in hospitality, customer service, reception, office administration, or a similar role, or equivalent experience.
