Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. seeks an experienced PRO Sales professional to cultivate and manage relationships with interior designers, architects, and builders within a designated territory.

You will drive brand awareness by attending local industry events, partnering with Design Studio Account Managers, and leveraging marketing and sales methods to grow PRO client engagement. The role requires establishing ongoing partnerships, analyzing local markets, and delivering executive-level

Qualifications

• Three years of outside sales experience in design/construction preferred.
• Proven business development and sales abilities.
• Ability to analyze sales data and provide recommendations.
• Strong planning, organization and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and ability to present to executives.
• Team player who can handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new PRO clients in field and Studio via multiple channels.
• Analyze local market to identify opportunities and buyers.
• Develop weekly prospecting plans using market data.
• Use Salesforce and dashboards to maintain PRO data and relationships.
• Hand over new clients to Account Manager and provide a Studio tour.
• Participate in trade shows and promotional events with vendor partners.
• Follow up on referrals and leads; monitor calendars and reports.
• Plan prospect visits with operations personnel and managers.
• Train Studio Account Managers on PRO perks and offerings.
• Build relationships with local fulfillment teams and competitors.
