Job summary

Euromarket Designs Inc. is seeking a Design Coordinator for CB2 to organize appointments, store events, and sales aids while delivering exceptional customer service.

You will assist Designers with consultations, projects, and outreach, helping create a differentiated design experience on the sales floor. In this role you will manage design desk projects, support in-store events, and pass customers to Designers as needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of relevant experience in Retail or Customer Service.
• Experience organizing events and coordinating activities.
• Ability to translate brand vision into a customer-facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and Designers with consultations and appointments.
• Organize and replenish sales aids and design desk materials.
• Support in-store events and customer outreach initiatives.
• Deliver on sales, KPI, and service goals on the sales floor.
• Pass customers to Designers for in-home or on-site consultations as needed.
