Job summary

Ethan Allen Global, Inc. seeks a Design Selling Leader to drive the design center's performance by leading a team of designers and associates with a client-focused approach.

You will partner with managers to deliver exceptional residential interiors, train staff on design knowledge, product details and sales techniques, and ensure outstanding customer service. This role emphasizes leadership, design expertise and tech-enabled selling.

Qualifications

Interior Design degree or professional portfolio is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to practice residential interior design.
Ability to train and coach for design, product knowledge, sales performance and customer service.
Entrepreneurial attitude with strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Partner with Managers and Designers to achieve goals and lift design center performance.
Manage, develop, train and motivate a design team while maintaining high customer contact.
Collaborate to manage design projects and customer relationships, sales, and satisfaction.
Review and provide feedback on design projects using color and space planning.
