Living Spaces in Lone Tree, CO is seeking a Sales Specialist 2 (Design) to blend advanced room design with guest engagement and commercial/trade support. You will guide personalized room solutions and manage Special Orders while driving sales per hour and KPI goals.

The role emphasizes design proficiency, in-store and virtual consultations, and coordination of Commercial/Trade guest experiences, with opportunities to lead events and leverage Tableau reports for performance insights.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of retail experience in direct customer interaction.
• Experience with design guidance and guest engagement is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Commercial and Trade team in managing accounts and guest support.
• Conduct outreach to new commercial guests using reports and track performance weekly.
• Coordinate in-store events and national tradeshows with logistics and operations.
• Maintain store readiness and follow style guides for a Grand Opening feel.
• Provide personalized design guidance using product knowledge and brand inspiration.
• Review and approve Special Orders for accuracy and standards.
• Contribute to lead acquisition processes and report on guest acquisitions.
