Living Spaces is seeking a Sales Specialist 2 (Design) in Lone Tree, CO. This role builds on the core responsibilities of the Sales Specialist by applying advanced design expertise to support residential and commercial guests and to handle Special Orders with accuracy.
You will drive guest engagement, assist with commercial and trade accounts, coordinate events and navigate company software to deliver tailored room solutions and on-time delivery while meeting KPI targets.
The Sales Specialist 2 (Design) builds on the core responsibilities of the Sales Specialist role by adding advanced room design expertise, Special Orders support, and Commercial and Trade guest acquisition. This role executes the Living Spaces Guest Engagement Model to create a positive, repeatable guest experience while meeting targeted Sales per Hour and adhering to all KPI standards. Leveraging design experience and training, the Sales Specialist 2 (Design) partners with both residential and commercial guests to curate tailored solutions that meet their needs and serves as an in‑store liaison for Commercial and Trade guests.

Pay will be determined by several factors, including, but not limited to: applicant's education, relevant work experience, knowledge, applicable and relevant skills and abilities, market demand, Company budget, as well as internal equity and alignment with geographic market data. Compensation: $19.10 - $24.80
Overtime pay is available for eligible, non-exempt Team Members. Reimbursement for expenses as required by applicable law and Company policy.Retail, Guest Services and Distribution Center Team Members are eligible to receive team bonus based on meeting specific goals and KPI's.
