Qualifications

• 2-5 years sales and clientele experience preferred.

• Strong computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with customers to design customized plans clearly and professionally.
• Drives services: In-Home Designing, In-Home Organizing, installation, financing, loyalty.
• Focuses on closing sales efficiently to build repeat and referral business.
• Keeps Managers and Support Center updated to complete projects from inquiry to installation.
• Leads the sales floor and partners with Managers on tasks and duties.
• Stays current with training, selling, product knowledge, promotions, processes, and philosophies.
• Leads daily maintenance of the custom space area and visual presentation.
• Champions company initiatives by modeling productive behaviors with staff.
