Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• 2-5 years sales and clientele experience.
• Design experience and spatial intelligence.
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
• Maintains professional appearance and wears required dress code.
• Knowledge of trends in the custom closets and retail industry.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with customers to design customized plans.
• Drives services: In-Home Designing, In-Home Organizing, installation, financing, loyalty.
• Focuses on closing sales to build repeat and referral business.
• Maintains clear communication with Managers and Support Center to complete projects.
• Leads the sales floor and collaborates with Managers on duties.
• Keeps training and product knowledge up to date.
• Maintains the custom space area and store visuals.
• Models professional behavior and supports company initiatives.
• Uses company tools and email proficiently.
