Qualifications

• 2-3 years of sales experience in furniture or interior design.
• Experience in Interior Design or home furnishings; able to create mood boards and floor plans.
• Customer-centric with strong ability to create memorable client experiences that convert to sales.
• Collaborative team player who helps the group meet goals while driving personal sales.
• Organized and efficient with multiple clients and projects and tight timelines.
• Tech-savvy with Canva, design software, and Google Suite; CRM experience preferred.
• Adaptable in a fast-paced, startup-like setting.
• Passionate about current interior design trends and furniture aesthetics.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales quotas by delivering exceptional service and expert product knowledge.
• Engage clients in-store and virtually, consulting on furniture selections and design choices.
• Own the entire customer journey from inquiry to purchase execution.
• Identify opportunities to grow sales and improve the overall studio experience.
• Master product details and design services to confidently guide purchases.
• Create room designs and mood boards; ensure proper size and fit of items.
• Follow up with clients post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Act as a brand ambassador to cultivate a strong local presence in Charlotte.
