• Own the entire sales process from inquiry to purchase, ensuring a smooth, personalized experience.
• Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities to improve the studio experience.
• Master details of product offerings and design services to guide purchasing decisions.
• Collaborate with clients on 2D/3D design mood boards and space planning.
• Maintain proactive communication post-purchase to encourage repeat business.
• Act as a brand ambassador to build local customer relationships in Edina, MN.
