Bay View Shade & Blind is seeking an Executive Design Consultant to partner with homeowners, understand design goals, and propose window treatments. You will manage projects from initial consult through installation, building lasting relationships and a growing client portfolio.

Enjoy training, support, and a strong product line while earning through a 10% commission and a $10,000 new-hire bonus. This is a high-trajectory sales role with uncapped earning potential.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in a relationship-driven environment.
• Ability to connect with homeowners and translate needs into design options.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
