Bay View Shade & Blind is seeking an Executive Design Consultant to work directly with homeowners, translating needs into customized window treatments from initial consultation to installation.

You'll own client relationships, build a portfolio, and benefit from training and team support. Compensation includes a $10,000 new-hire bonus, 10% commission, and a $120K–$150K+ earning potential with uncapped commissions, plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven sales ability with a focus on consultative solutions.
• Ability to connect with homeowners and translate needs into design options.
• Experience in relationship-building and referrals is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Consult homeowners to understand needs and design possibilities.
• Recommend custom window treatment solutions and guide projects from consultation to installation.
• Own customer relationships and manage projects end-to-end until completion.
