Made in the Shade - Appleton is seeking a motivated Window Treatment Sales Consultant to meet clients in their homes and guide projects from consultation through installation.

This high-earning role rewards a driven salesperson who thrives on helping customers choose the right window treatments and enjoys building lasting relationships with clients. You'll work with a locally owned small business that values flexible hours and professional development.

Competenze

• 2+ years of sales experience preferred, with in-home sales a plus.
• Strong customer service, communication, and presentation skills.
• Organized, professional, and detail-oriented with strong follow-through.
• Strong math skills for measuring and quoting.
• Comfortable working evenings and weekends as needed.
• Proficient in MS Office and comfortable using a CRM.
• Able to lift 20 lbs, climb stairs, and measure overhead on a 6-foot ladder.

As a Window Treatment Sales Consultant, you’ll meet with customers in their homes, help them choose the right window treatments, and guide the project from consultation through installation. This is a high-earning role for a driven, commission-minded salesperson who enjoys helping customers make confident decisions.
