California Closets Hawaii is seeking a motivated Sales & Design Consultant to help clients transform their homes with custom storage solutions. You will meet clients in homes and showrooms, measure spaces, and develop personalized designs using our software.

The role emphasizes building relationships, closing sales, and coordinating with manufacturing and installation teams to ensure a top-notch customer experience. A flexible schedule and commission-based pay are offered.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients in homes and showroom to understand needs, style, and budget.
• Measure spaces and develop personalized designs using design software.
• Present designs and proposals, address questions, and close sales.
• Follow up with prospective customers and maintain clear next steps.
• Generate new business through referrals, networking, and trade partnerships.
• Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, and installation teams to ensure excellent customer experience.
• Stay involved from initial consultation through installation and follow-up.
