Job summary

California Closets Hawaii is seeking a Sales & Design Consultant to meet clients in homes and our showroom, understand needs, and translate ideas into custom storage solutions.

You will measure spaces, design with our software, present proposals, and close sales while building lasting client relationships and coordinating with the install team for a seamless experience.

We are looking for a motivated, personable Sales & Design Consultant who can build relationships, understand customers’ needs, and turn ideas into sales. From closets and home offices to pantries, garages, and entertainment centers, you’ll create solutions that make everyday life better.

What You’ll Do

• Meet with clients in their homes and our showroom to understand their needs, style, and budget.
• Measure spaces and develop personalized designs using our design software.
• Present designs and proposals, address questions, and close sales.
• Follow up consistently with prospective customers and maintain clear next steps.
• Generate new business through referrals, networking, and relationships with trade partners.
• Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, and installation teams to deliver an excellent customer experience.
• Stay involved from the initial consultation through installation and follow-up.
