As a Design & Sales Consultant, you are the project lead. You will manage the client experience from initial consultation to successful completion. THE SCHEDULE

We value consistency and structure to help you effectively manage your client pipeline while maintaining a healthy work-life balance: Showroom Hours: Open Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, and Saturdays from 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM. Full-Time Structure: 40 hours per week. Rotating Saturdays: You will participate in a rotating Saturday schedule to support our weekend clients. Schedule Flexibility: On the weeks you work a Saturday shift, you will receive a half-day off during the week to balance out your hours.
