Job summary

La-Z-Boy Incorporated is seeking a motivated Sales Associate in Illinois to drive store sales through exceptional customer service, knowledge of products, and the La-Z-Boy selling process. Training pays $16/hour for 2-6 weeks, with average annual earnings of $35,000–$55,000+ after training.

Responsibilities include promoting the Design program, assisting Designers, and building long-term customer relationships while maintaining store standards and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous selling experience preferred and ability to close.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales by selling furniture and services.
• Promote Design program and assist Designer.
