Herman Miller in Boston's Pier 4 store is seeking a Sales & Design Specialist who blends design sensibility with consultative selling to help clients create spaces that support wellness and productivity.

You'll guide clients through demonstrations and personalized consultations, build relationships, process orders, and collaborate with the A&D community to grow brand awareness while upholding premium store standards.

Qualifications

• Retail sales or client-facing design consultation experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and design/rendering tools.
• Ability to lift/move items over 40 lbs and adhere to safety protocols.
• Weekend/holiday/extended hours availability.

Responsibilities

• Inspire and educate clients through in-store demonstrations and personalized consultations.
