Walter Pine Floral Studio in Philadelphia seeks a Design Room Coordinator to join our bustling floral studio. This part-time role (~20–32 hours weekly) focuses on operations, organization, and logistics management in the design room.

You will prioritize daily orders, coordinate deliveries, support our floral team, and ensure smooth workflow while delivering excellent customer service. Retail and floral experience is preferred; weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Retail and customer service experience encouraged; floral knowledge preferred.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills are essential.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and POS/shop systems is expected.

Responsibilities

• Organize and prioritize daily orders; ensure timely deliveries and pickups.
• Coordinate delivery routes and keep the design room workflow smooth.
• Assist with flower processing, packaging, and inventory control.
• Maintain design room organization and restock design/packaging areas.
• Answer calls, process orders, and communicate with the Shop team about availability.
