The role involves designing arrangements for events, weddings, and everyday orders, assisting customers, handling inventory, and maintaining a welcoming shop floor. Prior floral design experience is preferred; strong color sense and excellent service skills will help you thrive in our shop.

Qualifications

• Prior floral design experience preferred.
• Strong eye for color and composition.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible part-time hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift floral supplies.

Responsibilities

• Design and create floral arrangements for events, weddings, and everyday orders.
• Assist customers in selecting flowers, arrangements, and add-ons to meet their needs.
• Receive, process, and properly store fresh flower inventory to maintain quality.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing shop floor and workspace.
• Process customer orders accurately, including in-store, phone, and online requests.
• Monitor and replenish floral supplies and materials as needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting client relationships.
