Job summary

Walter Pine Floral Studio seeks a Design Room Coordinator to keep daily operations running smoothly in the design room. You will oversee order flow, coordinate deliveries, and support the floral team across packaging, inventory, and customer service.

Ideal candidates have retail experience, a basic knowledge of flowers, and strong organizational and communication skills. This is a part-time role with weekday availability and extra hours during holidays.

Qualifications

• Retail and customer service experience encouraged.
• Foundational knowledge of flowers and plants preferred.
• Excellent organization with attention to detail.
• Strong communication with customers in a warm, professional manner.
• Tech-savvy using Google Workspace and POS systems like Shopify or Square.

Responsibilities

• Organize and prioritize daily orders; ensure timely deliveries and pickups.
• Plan delivery routes and coordinate with drivers or couriers.
• Manage order flow from design room to pickup/delivery; update Shopify, Zapiet, Shipday.
• Assist with flower processing, packaging, and labeling for outgoing orders.
• Maintain design room and packaging storage areas; reorder supplies as needed.
• Support Shop team with floral availability and Grab & Go selections.
• Communicate with Shop team about daily pickups and availability; answer calls.
• Provide product knowledge and assist customers in the shop; support plant care as needed.
