Responsibilities

• Assist designers by gathering, prepping, and organizing floral products and supplies.
• Build positive working relationships with designers and other team members.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional appearance and workspace.
• Communicate issues, questions, or concerns to the Design Manager.
• Identify floral varieties, design components, and hard goods.
• Prepare materials for orders, including conditioning flowers and assembling basic mechanics.
• Organize and distribute design tickets to support workflow.
• Enter product or supply requests as directed.
• Help execute department projects and meet production deadlines.
• Transport finished designs or materials to designated areas for delivery or staging.
• Monitor supply levels and report low inventory to purchasing team.
• Keep design areas swept, stocked, and orderly.
• Communicate with sales or support teams when order details require clarification.

You’ll assist with product prep and setup, coordinate materials, and help maintain consistency and quality across designs.
