Job summary

You will design and create floral arrangements for weddings, events, and everyday orders, while helping customers choose flowers and add-ons. • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing shop floor and workspace
• Process customer orders accurately, including in-store, phone, and online requests
• Monitor and replenish floral supplies and materials as needed
• Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting client relationships

• Design and create floral arrangements for a variety of occasions including events, weddings, and everyday orders


• Assist customers in selecting flowers, arrangements, and add-ons to meet their needs

• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing shop floor and workspace


• Process customer orders accurately, including in-store, phone, and online requests

Requirements:

• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift floral supplies as needed
