Qualifications

• Prior experience in floral design or a related creative field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and create floral arrangements for events, weddings, and everyday orders
• Assist customers in selecting flowers, arrangements, and add-ons to meet their needs
• Receive, process, and properly store fresh flower inventory to maintain quality
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing shop floor and workspace
• Process customer orders accurately, including in-store, phone, and online requests
• Monitor and replenish floral supplies and materials as needed
• Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting client relationships
