Ideal candidates have 4+ years in agile settings and proficiency with tools like UserTesting, Optimal Workshop, and SurveyMonkey. You’ll partner with product managers and designers to keep users at the center of development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in design, psychology, HCI, or related field (required).
• 4+ years of experience as a design researcher in an agile environment.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing for digital products.
• Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research methods.
• Familiarity with design thinking principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
• Proficient in UserTesting.com, Optimal Workshop, SurveyMonkey.

Responsibilities

• Identify the best methodology to meet research goals.
• Craft test plans, interview guides, and workshops to conduct objective research.
• Conduct user research to understand needs, behaviors, and motivations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define research goals and study designs.
• Develop and implement research plans, including recruiting participants, moderating sessions, and analyzing data.
• Synthesize findings and communicate insights through presentations and reports.
• Create user personas and journey maps.
• Perform competitive analysis to identify trends and best practices.
• Work with designers and product managers to embed insights across development cycles.
