You will guide data engineers, data analysts, and data scientists, owning complex projects and driving data strategy across the organization.

The role emphasizes scalable data infrastructures, advanced analytics, and collaboration with architects to enable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent.
• 6+ years of data management or data engineering experience.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Experience in DevOps and Agile environments.
• Proven track record leading data engineering projects.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain data management systems integrating core data sources.
• Develop ETL processes and data integrations across systems.
• Create and optimize data transformation workflows (ETL, SQL procedures).
• Update data dictionaries and metadata repositories; ensure data quality.
• Lead cross-functional data initiatives and mentor junior staff.
