Job summary

Alamo NEX Construction, LLC, a Ferrovial Group company, seeks a Design Quality Control Manager to lead quality control on major Design-Build projects in Texas. You will supervise multidisciplinary teams, certify submittals, and ensure adherence to the PSQMP and contract documents while coordinating with TxDOT and stakeholders.

The role requires a Civil Engineering/Construction Mgmt degree and 4+ years on large DB projects, with proficiency in Bluebeam Revu, Geopak, Procore, databases, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related.
• Four (4) years of experience on large civil infrastructure Design build or Design-bid-build projects valued at $200 million or more.
• Proficiency in using Bluebeam Revu, Power Geopak, Procore, databases, and SharePoint document control systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, manage, and direct personnel assignments and training.
• Certify design submittal packages and design changes meet PSQMP and contract requirements.
• Coordinate with TxDOT and PSQAF on Professional Services Quality Control.
• Oversee quality management system reviews and continuous process improvements.
• Manage project budget and cost control activities and monitor payments.
