Ferrovial Construction-Webber 99 seeks a Design Quality Control Engineer to support the Professional Services Quality Control Manager in implementing the Quality Management Plan at the project level. The job requires a civil engineering degree, PE licensure, and 3+ years in heavy civil QC.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Bluebeam Revu, PowerPoint, databases, and document control is expected. You will coordinate with TxDOT, PSQAF, and design teams to ensure compliance and drive continuous

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or equivalent
• PE licensure required at hire or soon after
• 3+ years in related heavy civil QC/engineering
• ASQ certification is a plus and encouraged
• Strong verbal and written communication and coordination
• Attention to detail in a fast-paced environment

Responsabilités

• Help implement PSQMP across design staff
• Update PSQMP as needed
• Provide PSQMP training
• Oversee PSQMP implementation
• Ensure PSQMP methods are followed
• Ensure submittals meet PSQMP and contracts
• Document QC records for 3-D design submittals
• Coordinate with TXDOT and PSQAF
• Incorporate RFI changes into Record Drawings
• Monitor project quality per QMP
• Perform quality audits
• Prepare quality reports
• Collaborate across Ferrovial Construction-Webber 99 team
• Support management requests
