Job summary

Stella Contracting, Inc. is seeking an organized Design Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, development, and delivery of design projects.

You will act as a central point between designers, project managers, stakeholders, consultants, vendors, and other partners to keep design information organized and on schedule. Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in design coordination, architecture, engineering, construction, interior design, or related field.
• Strong organizational and document-management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate design activities across multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Organize design files, drawings, specifications, presentations, and project documentation.
• Track design deliverables, deadlines, revisions, and approvals.
• Coordinate distribution and review of design materials and maintain revision histories.
• Support project managers and design leads to keep schedules and deliverables on track.
