Job summary

Stella Contracting, Inc. is seeking an organized Design Coordinator to support planning, coordination, development, and delivery of design projects across the organization.

You will serve as a key connection point among designers, project managers, internal stakeholders, consultants, vendors, and other project partners, keeping design information organized and ensuring timely deliverables. Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in design coordination, architecture, engineering, construction, interior design, project coordination, or related field.
• Strong organizational and document-management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with designers, project managers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or comparable productivity tools.
• Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, and design/documentation software (AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe CC, Bluebeam).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate design activities across multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Organize design files, drawings, specifications, presentations, and project documentation.
• Track design deliverables, deadlines, revisions, and approvals.
• Coordinate the distribution and review of design materials.
• Maintain accurate records of current and superseded design documents.
• Help ensure design information is complete and accessible to the right teams.
• Support project schedules and deliverables with project managers and design leads.
• Track milestones and identify delays or outstanding items.
