Job summary

Stella Contracting, Inc. is seeking a Design Coordinator to support planning, coordination, development, and delivery of design projects across the organization.

The role acts as the bridge between designers, PMs, stakeholders, vendors, and partners to keep design information organized and ensure timely progress from concept to execution. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills, design awareness, and effective communication to manage revisions, ensure complete design

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in design coordination, architecture, engineering, construction, interior design, or related fields.
• Strong organizational and document-management skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or comparable productivity tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate design activities across projects and stakeholders.
• Organize design files, drawings, specifications, and presentations.
• Track deliverables, deadlines, revisions, and approvals.
• Coordinate distribution and review of design materials.
• Maintain accurate records of current and superseded design documents.
• Support project schedules and deliverables with design leads.
