Job summary

Stella Contracting, Inc is seeking a Design Coordinator to support planning, coordination, development, and delivery of design projects across our organization. The role will connect designers, project managers, stakeholders, consultants, vendors, and other project partners.

The ideal candidate combines strong organizational skills, design awareness, attention to detail, and effective communication to keep design information organized and aligned from concept through execution.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in design coordination, architecture, engineering, construction, interior design, project coordination, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and document-management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with designers, project managers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Comfortable reviewing drawings, plans, specifications, or other technical/design documentation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or comparable productivity tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate design activities across multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Organize design files, drawings, specifications, presentations, and project documentation.
• Track design deliverables, deadlines, revisions, and approvals.
• Coordinate the distribution and review of design materials.
