Southland Industries seeks a senior project leader to drive the execution of complex projects from award through delivery, coordinating Owners, Engineers, and Architects while safeguarding the company’s interests and cultivating positive client relationships.

You will oversee alignment with corporate procedures, build project execution plans, manage changes, monitor budgets and forecasts in COINS, and elevate risk management and project controls to ensure on-time, on-budget completion.

Competenze

• BS in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management with 4-5 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent knowledge of project controls including but not limited to the following:
• Effectively monitoring the change management process.
• Develop engineering fee cost estimates with input from the respective discipline leadership

Mansioni

• Provide leadership to the project team upon award of a Contract.
• Responsible for ensuring all applicable corporate procedures and tools are followed / used on the project.
• Responsible for creating the project specific execution plan communicating the content with the team.
• Clearly understands and communicates baseline scope of work to project team.
• Keeps team updated as necessary with approved change orders.
• Owns manages, updates and communicates the project design schedule to the project team.
• Identifies and escalates potential project risks to the Managing Principal.
