Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to lead teams and mentor engineers.

Responsibilities

• Holds primary responsibility for achievement of scope, cost, schedule, and quality objectives on assigned projects.
• Ensures achievement of corporate goals for assigned projects.
• Attends pre-bid meetings with clients and prepares proposals with department heads.
• Develops and maintains the Project Execution Plan and monthly reports for stakeholders.
• Manages client interaction and promotes positive relationships on projects.
• Identifies risks and works with senior leadership to mitigate them.
• Coordinates with discipline leads to define scope and scheduling requirements.
• Provides guidance and mentorship to project engineers.
