Qualifications

• Bachelor of Architecture or BA/BS in Architecture is required.
• 1-3 years' experience as a design professional.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite software.
• Experience with CAD software.
• Strong building technology fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Research or receive guidance on complex issues for proposed projects.
• Design aspects of assigned projects including investigation and evaluation of design solutions.
• Provide architectural consultation for large, complex projects.
• Prepare conceptual designs, presentation drawings, and construction documents.
• Prepare architectural plans and renderings.
• Review and coordinate designs from all disciplines.
• Conduct code research and analysis.
• Develop architectural solutions to client/contractor problems.
• Assist with specifications.
• Collaborate with engineers, consultants, contractors, and clients.
• Perform complex assignments requiring new techniques.
