Qualifications

• Bachelor of Architecture or BA/BS in Architecture.

• Experience with computer-aided design (CAD) software.
• Firm grasp of building technology fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Research or obtain guidance on unusual or complex project issues.
• Lead specific technical design aspects and evaluate design solutions.
• Provide architectural consultation for large, complex projects.
• Handle portions of assignments for medium to large projects.
• Create conceptual designs, drawings, and construction documents.
• Prepare architectural plans and renderings.
• Review and coordinate designs from all disciplines.
• Perform code research and analysis.
• Develop architectural solutions for client/contractor problems.
• Assist with specifications as assigned.
• Collaborate with engineers, consultants, contractors, and clients.
• Carry out assignments requiring new techniques and procedures.
