Qualifications

• Bachelor of Architecture or BA/BS in Architecture required.
• 1-3 years' experience as a design professional.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with CAD software.
• Strong building technology fundamentals.
• Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Independent and collaborative team player, culturally aware.

Responsabilités

• Research or receive guidance on complex project issues.
• Manage specific design aspects including investigations and design solutions.
• Provide professional architectural consultation for large projects.
• Prepare and review schematic design drawings and construction documents.
• Collaborate with engineers, consultants, contractors, and clients.
• Review shop drawings, submittals, and RFIs.
• Conduct code research and analysis.
• Support project communications and record-keeping during construction.
