Qualifications

• Bachelor of Architecture or Bachelor of Arts or Science in Architecture.
• Registered as a licensed architect.
• Six (6) years combined experience as an intern architect and/or architect.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite software.
• Experience with computer-aided design (CAD) software.
• Firm grasp of building technology fundamentals.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated and able to absorb new ideas quickly.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and adapt standard techniques with independence.
• Develop schematic designs and construction documents.
• Collaborate with engineers, consultants, contractors, and clients.
• Review shop drawings, submittals, and respond to RFIs.
• Provide architectural consultation on large, complex projects.
• Conduct construction administration and project documentation.
• Prepare design presentation materials.
• Observe architectural features in the field.
