Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Design Production Technician. You will be responsible for transforming approved customer designs into production-ready job packages, ensuring quality standards are met for manufacturing and installation. Prior CAD experience is not required; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

1. Review approved sales designs for accuracy and feasibility
2. Collaborate with sales, engineering, and installation teams to resolve design questions
3. Translate designs into cutlists and work packages using Cabinet Vision (training provided)
4. Ensure all materials and instructions are included for production
5. Submit packages timely to meet deadlines
6. Maintain focus on quality and accuracy
7. Support other departments as needed

Qualifications

1. High School Diploma or equivalent; college or technical training preferred
2. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
4. Effective communication skills
5. Technical aptitude and comfort with computers
