Base pay range

$38.00/hr - $48.00/hr

Title: Field Service Technician

Location: Anywhere in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Dakotas, Illinois, Indiana, or West-Michigan

Salary: 38-$48/hr + 2x on weekends + per diem + paid travel + annual profit sharing bonus

Requirements: 70% travel within a 4-5 hour drive range

We are looking for a Field Service Technician who is electro-mechanically knowledgeable to provide customer assistance in the form of installations, equipment breakdowns and preventative maintenance. We offer cross-training to learn our variety of products and equipment to develop new skills, even for the most experienced technicians!

What You Will Be Doing

Install, maintain, service, and repair large packaging and processing machinery using technical drawings and electromechanical knowledge. Must be able to provide excellent customer service, and maintain poise in high-stress environments.

What You Need for this Position

• AAS/Bachelors in Electrical, Engineering, Automation, Robotics, or similar field PREFERRED; strong equivalent experience also accepted
• Troubleshoot large-scale, complex machinery mechanically, electrically, and robotic systems.
• Strong Electrical and Mechanical experience; pneumatic + shop skills required
• Experience working food processing and/or packaging preferred
• PLCs, VFDs, Servo Motors, 480v, electrical circuitry
