The starting pay for this position is $20.00/hr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. As a member of our retread team, you will play a role in recapping, remolding, or extending the life of an existing tire to get it back on the road. Your support will span various stages of the retread process:
