The starting pay for this position is $20.00/hr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. About the Role: What will you do?

As a member of our retread team, you will play a role in recapping, remolding, or extending the life of an existing tire to get it back on the road. Your support will span various stages of the retread process:

• Inspect tires to determine if they can be retreaded
• Buff the casing to remove worn tread
• Remove embedded objects, rust, and repair the tire casing
• Use rubber cement or patches to repair the casing before applying new tread
• Build the tire by applying new tread
• Cure the tire to mold the retread application
• Conduct final inspection for safety and quality

Preferred Qualifications:
