Job summary

Qualifications

• 6+ years of design program management experience.
• Experience managing UX programs with Design and Research.
• Translate business needs into right design solutions.
• Knowledge of agile and waterfall project management.
• Experience building project playbooks, schedules, and risk/issue management.
• Portfolio available (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Create and facilitate design thinking workshops.
• Write and contribute to org-level operating docs including reviews and plans.
• Develop AI-enabled operational mechanisms to increase UX productivity.
• Coordinate roadmap prioritization with design, product, and development leads.
• Lead through influence across peers and partner teams.
• Define and drive completion of team and org-level goals.
• Communicate program status and strategy with executives and cross-functional partners.
