Qualifications

• 4+ years in project/program management or design operations with digital UX teams.
• Fluent in Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Proficient with delivery/ops tools (Jira, Monday.com) to drive reporting.
• Excellent communication: synthesize delivery status into dashboards and narratives.
• Able to plan, prioritize, and drive execution across multiple workstreams.
• Strong problem-solving; translate insights into pragmatic solutions.
• Organized, proactive, independent with cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a digital product portfolio, prioritize requests by impact and value.
• Define scope, ownership, outcomes, and ready state before work begins.
• Lead cross-team dependency management and remove blockers.
• Maintain portfolio visibility and enable timely tradeoffs with leaders.
• Translate demand into capacity and resourcing plans with stakeholders.
• Guide end-to-end execution with design, product, and tech leads.
• Plan design work and ensure teams understand requirements.
• Track delivery and report milestones, decisions, and risks.
• Leverage AI/tools to improve rhythms and reduce rework.
• Uphold standards and drive continuous process improvements.
• Develop SOPs and playbooks for team health.
