Qualifications

• 4+ years of project/program management or design operations with digital UX teams.
• Fluent in Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Proficient with delivery/ops tooling to drive transparency and reporting.
• Excellent communication; able to synthesize status into clear narratives and dashboards.
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and drive execution across multiple workstreams.
• Strong problem-solving; translate insights into pragmatic solutions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee digital product portfolio; intake, prioritization, resourcing, and capacity.
• Define readiness, scope, ownership, outcomes, and constraints for work.
• Lead cross-team dependencies; facilitate sessions and escalate blockers.
• Maintain portfolio visibility and enable timely tradeoffs with stakeholders.
• Translate demand into capacity plans; ensure clear handoffs and deliverables.
