Vesta Home is seeking a logistics and inventory professional to drive daily operations supporting our design team. You will act as a critical link between designers and warehouse staff, ensuring furniture requirements, pick lists, and install preparations are completed on time.

You will monitor inventory, coordinate replacements, and maintain clear cross-department communication to keep staging projects moving smoothly from prep to installation.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• One year warehousing experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Highly organized and deadline-driven.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily logistics and inventory for design projects.
• Bridge between designers and warehouse operations to ensure on-time furniture readiness.
• Monitor inventory levels and update reporting platforms.
• Oversee post-project inventory wrap-ups and replacements as needed.
