Job summary

Vesta Home, operating as Showroom Group, seeks a Logistics Coordinator to support daily delivery and logistics operations across field, warehouse and office teams. This role serves as the central point of coordination to ensure alignment and smooth execution.

You will triage delivery issues, coordinate with third-party partners and maintain accurate logistics records to keep projects moving forward. This hourly role offers an estimated range and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in logistics and dispatch administration.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, Google Workspace and logistics systems.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary in-house logistics point of contact for non-routing matters.
• Triage delivery and retrieval issues in real time and determine next steps.
• Partner with Operations, Customer Experience and Design to resolve field issues quickly.
• Escalate critical issues to leadership with context and options.
• Provide day-of and next-day support to delivery teams for clarity and resolution.
• Process and review Bills of Lading, delivery receipts and driver paperwork.
