Job summary

Vesta Home seeks a Design Operations/Project Coordinator to serve as the operational backbone for its interior design practice, coordinating invoicing, procurement, scheduling, and financial details. You will act as the hub between client relations, finance, and warehouse teams to keep projects on track and scalable.

You will build and refine processes, support design teams, and help ensure accurate financial information across projects while maintaining a high standard of design execution.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Design ops, project management, office administration or similar roles.
• Ability to work out of Bridgeport CT Office/Warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Be a key client point of contact for invoicing, product procurement, scheduling, etc.
• Support design team in keeping studio designer, brex and tipalti up to date
• Be main cross-functional point of contact between finance, warehouse operations and sales to ensure projects get executed correctly, on time and with accurate financial information
• Support the design team with product procurement (finding alternative suppliers, suggesting pieces based on a design vision, coordinating delivery/pickups with vendors, etc.)
• Work with Creative Director to manage designer workload and serve as a “release valve” where possible
• Support the design team on any client deliverables
• Support the design team on project installs as needed
• Establish and document processes that will improve the overall efficiency and organization of the iconic modern design team
